1. Who we are
Ecclesia Group ("we", "us", "our") operates this website. For the purposes of the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, the data controller is Ecclesia Group, England. You can contact us about data protection at info@ecclesiagroup.co.uk.

2. What we collect
When you contact us or submit an opportunity or a site, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the details of the land or property opportunity you are telling us about, including location, price, planning, tenure and any documents you attach.
We also collect limited technical data, such as IP address and browser type, that our hosting provider records in standard server logs for security and diagnostics.
3. How we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry and assess the opportunity. Lawful basis. Legitimate interests, in responding to a business approach you initiated, and where relevant, steps prior to entering a contract.
- To introduce a suitable opportunity to a relevant developer or investor, or to progress a transaction. Lawful basis. Legitimate interests, exercised subject to confidentiality.
- To keep records and comply with legal and regulatory obligations. Lawful basis. Legal obligation and legitimate interests.
- To send you occasional updates about Ecclesia Group, only where you have asked us to. Lawful basis. Consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Form and hosting providers
Our website forms are delivered using third party processors. Depending on the form, your submission is transmitted by email to us, or processed by, one of the following.
- Typeform, Typeform S.L. Used for the Land and Property opportunity submission forms. See Typeform's privacy notice at typeform.com.
- Web3Forms, or your chosen form to email provider. Used to deliver contact and site submissions to our inbox.
- Your hosting provider. Hosts this website and processes server logs.
These providers act on our instructions as processors. Some may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision, are in place.
5. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not run third party analytics by default. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. If you add analytics or an embedded form, update this section and add a cookie banner.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and opportunity data for as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards for record keeping, then delete or anonymise it. Set a specific retention period, for example 24 months from last contact.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@ecclesiagroup.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
